Sessions take place on‑site in our private studio located in W208 B/C, conveniently near the courts. After the event, you’ll receive a curated digital gallery of 20–30 high‑quality photos—perfect for senior banners, social media, gifts, and lifelong memories.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Upon arrival, a studio guide will walk you and your athlete through every step of the session. There will be a short prep time allotted for check-in, questions, advice, and final touches so your player looks their best!

During the photo shoot, we welcome parents to stay and watch their player shine in front of the camera. Our waiting area will allow you to snap behind-the-scenes pics and share encouragement, without interfering with the photographer’s work.

Your athlete gets a total of 7 minutes, combining guided posing and freestyle time in one smooth session. They’ll start with guided poses from our professional photographer to help them feel comfortable, confident, and warmed up. We provide volleyballs and props, and you’re welcome to bring a favorite ball or lucky charm to personalize the shoot. The remaining time shifts into freestyle, giving your athlete space to show their personality, try their own poses, and have fun.

After the event, you will receive a link to your digital photos in an email the following week. These high-quality downloads are yours to keep and share! Our sessions provide around 20-25 shots: plenty to choose from for you to order prints, post on social media, and more.

WE RECOMMEND

Pick a session well before your team's first match, or after their last match of the day. Your athlete will want to look fresh in their photos, so allow ample time to get ready! Please give us advance notice if a schedule conflict does arise; we will make our best effort to reschedule your player so they do not miss out.

Arrive early for your session. We have a strict schedule to provide as many athletes this opportunity as possible, so tardiness will cut into time in front of the camera. Our guarantee of 20-25 photos is dependent on the photographer having the allotted time with your player.
